How to use Carrot Jam ?

Carrot Jam is a quirky traditional food from Southern Portugal.
Different recipes exist all over the world: with grounded almonds or walnuts in Persian countries, coconut in Brazil, or spices + booze in the US.

The Portuguese carrot jam has more of a citrus fruit flavour. It is irresistible and I can bet that even your kids will love it!

Carrot jam is part of these old regional quirky recipes that don’t get very much shared. But that’s a shame because it is delicious 🙂
